Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns We accept returns on products with manufacturing defects. Since we are a B2B supplier, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind” on customized or bulk orders once production has started or goods have been shipped.

  • Timeframe: You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved due to quality issues, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or PayPal/Bank Transfer).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Defective Products: Kinfuda will cover the shipping costs for returning defective items.

  • Non-Defective Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
